Anxiety! Fun times or lots of laughs!

Anxiety, being nervous. Does it make me uncomfortable? Sure it does. Do I like it? No. Does it come up non stop? Absolutely, at least for me. How about you? Do you have it? Do you deal with it? Does it bother you like it bothers me? What triggers you? How do you deal with your triggers? Are you able to titrate your anxiety either down or up? Does it bother you when you feel judged by others? It does for me. When it does, it plain out can be debilitating!! How have you beaten it or better yet, how have you dealt with it? How have you sustained, period? Let me know? Expound on your experiences and your thoughts with me please. Do you ever feel paranoid because you are listening to others instead of focusing on yourself? What do you do when you experience this feeling? Do you take a breath? Do you take a time out? Do you take medicine to help alleviate your symptoms? Do you self medicate in some way or fashion? What helps you if anything?

Do you give yourself a gosh darn break ever? Do you care to pay it forward, and assist others who may not handle this as well as you?
