Own It!

If you make a mistake. Own it! Always! Why? People always appreciate it. We occasionally stammer. So what. Who doesn’t? Everyone trips over their words from time to time. We all make mistakes. Isn’t that part of life? Part of growing up? Part of having a work life balance? Absolutely!!

Never feel bad. Ever. Bully’s make mistakes from time to time. A bully does too. Whether you are approached by one, two, or more individuals, remember one thing…You may have no idea what circumstances have brought that person to today. To pick on you. To tag team you. To intimidate you. To beat up you. To hurt you or others. Give that bully a break. Always be safe of course. But give that person the benefit of the doubt. You never know what they might be going through.
