Team up with the one that is being ostracized!

Team up with the so called wimp, the so called nerd, the so called outsider. Partner up with the one who has a speech impediment. Why? Not only will you be helping build that person up, you will be helping yourself become highly educated on anything and everything.

You may be schooled on areas of psychology, on subjects of business as well as many other academic fields and disciplines. No one is perfect. We know that. However, let’s team up with the one being ostracized. In this author’s opinion, that individual may be very smart and can teach you so much about falling down and what it takes to perservere and get back up. Listen up my friend. Get ready to embark on an interesting and educational journey about his or her life and what made that person a unique and 💯 brilliant leader in our society. Take a dive into the deep end and listen to that other person open up about her/his troubles and how and why this individual decided to keep moving forward in life. It is my guess that this individual in some way or another is on the verge of being a genius. By the way, you have joined a winning team and will help make a positive impact on this person as well as our future generations.

We can learn something no matter how small it may seem in the moment from everyone we meet, no matter how young or old. Advocating for others, being an ally in words or actions, strengthens us individually and as a society. It is also matter of decency and respect. And aren't we all worthy of respect?
