Do Bullies show up? Some do and others do not however if one is to shove another to the ground that makes that person accountable. Bullies show up when there is something to gain however is that person there for others in need. Thoughts?

Bullies are everywhere...an interesting question: why aren't bystanders intervening. Silence adds fuel to the flame.
